Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return instructions.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached
• The product must not show any signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Conditions

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, stockings, and personal care products cannot be returned
• A tracking number must be provided for all returns
• Please email us the tracking number on the day your return is shipped
• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer use or handling will not be accepted
