Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return instructions.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank for further information

Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
  • For hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable: lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, stockings, and personal care items
  • A tracking number must be provided for all returns (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  • Please email us the tracking number on the day your return is shipped
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted
