These terms apply to consumer purchases made through Zorah Boutique for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before ordering. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we process personal information.
You may save or print these terms for your records.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. If a provision conflicts with those rights, applicable law takes precedence.
We take reasonable care to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, measurements and images. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Please review the product description, measurements, selected size and colour before ordering.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Any reasonable measurement tolerances do not remove these requirements.
If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your rights. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You can review and correct your details before submitting your order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. A contract is formed at that point for the goods confirmed.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or an unsupported delivery address.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken without undue delay.
Changes to prices or product availability do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement.
Prices for our UK market are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP £) and include applicable taxes that we are required to include.
We offer free standard shipping to supported addresses within the United Kingdom. Any optional delivery charges are displayed before you place your order.
If import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges are payable separately by you, this must be clearly disclosed before purchase, including the amount or how it is calculated where reasonably possible.
Please see our Shipping Policy for further information. You are not responsible for charges that we are legally required to bear.
We currently deliver to supported addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day. Standard delivery normally takes a further 7–10 business days, giving an estimated total of 7–11 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding relevant public holidays.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate significant delays when known.
We will deliver within the agreed period or, where no different period has been agreed, within 30 days of the contract being formed.
If we miss an agreed delivery deadline, you may be entitled to require delivery within an additional reasonable period and cancel if delivery still does not take place. In certain circumstances, including where an agreed delivery date was essential, you may cancel immediately.
Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Multiple items may arrive separately without additional shipping charges.
Goods remain our responsibility until physically received by you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently commissioned by you.
If your parcel is missing, damaged or marked as delivered but has not been received, contact support@zorahboutique.com. We remain your point of contact and will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your rights.
To request an order change, email support@zorahboutique.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Changes to addresses, sizes or products may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.
For most online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason from the time you place your order until 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods.
For qualifying split deliveries, this period normally runs from receipt of the last item. Applicable statutory exceptions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
To cancel, send us a clear statement by email. Your statutory cancellation does not require our approval, and dispatch does not remove that right.
Our voluntary policy allows you to notify us of a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your items.
Email support@zorahboutique.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the correct return address. Our business address is not automatically the return destination.
Send your return within 14 calendar days after notifying us. If we delay providing the address, we will extend this deadline accordingly.
For statutory cancellations, you may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. Missing tags or packaging do not automatically remove your right to cancel. We may make a reasonable deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.
For returns requested after the statutory cancellation period under our voluntary 30-day policy, items must be unused apart from reasonable inspection or trying on, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Any applicable hygiene exclusion must be legally valid and clearly disclosed before purchase.
You pay change-of-mind return postage where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable required return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
We aim to refund within 7 business days after receiving the goods or suitable evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. If we offer collection, the statutory deadline is 14 calendar days after notification of cancellation.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge refund or restocking fees.
When an entire order is cancelled within the statutory period, we also refund any standard outbound delivery charge paid. We do not have to refund the additional cost of premium delivery.
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email support@zorahboutique.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Photographs are helpful where available but are not required to exercise your statutory rights.
UK consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not meet statutory requirements and receive a refund. Rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a further right to reject may apply afterwards.
Where you are entitled to reject goods, we refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.
Our voluntary returns period does not replace or shorten your statutory rights.
Email complaints to support@zorahboutique.com, including your order number where relevant and a description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge messages within two business days. If further investigation is needed, we will keep you informed.
You retain the right to seek advice from a relevant consumer organisation or authority and pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not deprive UK consumers of mandatory protections under the laws applicable where they habitually reside.
UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules, including the courts of their home UK jurisdiction where those rules permit.
Nothing requires you to bring proceedings exclusively in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms for future purchases.
The version in force when you place your order applies to that order, unless a legally required change applies or we agree otherwise with you.
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible. An unfair provision is not binding on a consumer.
